Dr. Sharon D. Collins Rich is a visionary leader, author, speaker, and strategist with a passion for empowering individuals, strengthening families, and advancing unity within the Body of Christ. Raised in a loving family that instilled faith, leadership, compassion, and service, she carries a lifelong commitment to helping others recognize their God-given purpose and maximize their potential.

Since 1987, Dr. Rich has faithfully served in ministry alongside her husband in various leadership capacities, impacting churches, leaders, organizations, and communities through teaching, mentorship, and service. She is recognized for her ability to bridge ministry and business leadership with wisdom, integrity, and practical insight.

In 1996, Dr. Rich began publicly speaking to diverse audiences within churches, leadership forums, and corporate environments, teaching principles of unity, organizational structure, leadership development, stewardship, and productivity. Her message emphasizes the power of collaboration, vision, and faith to create lasting influence across families, communities, businesses, and nations.

Dr. Rich holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and completed studies in Accounting, Business Management, and Business Administration. She formerly served as Chief Financial Officer of a global ministry, providing executive financial leadership and strategic oversight for large-scale operations, ministry expansion, educational initiatives, and international outreach efforts.

She is the author of Unity and A Gift to the Leader’s Wife, works that reflect her heart for spiritual growth, leadership unity, and encouragement for those serving in ministry.

Dr. Rich and her husband, LaMont Rich, have been married since 1988 and are grateful for the blessing of their family, including their children and grandchildren. Together, they continue to dedicate their lives to ministry, leadership, and empowering future generations.
